In what should be a crazy ending to the season, backing one of the grid's most steady drivers is a nice safety blanket. While he's 4.5 points off McLaren's Lando Norris, Ferrari should yet again have an advantage over midfield rivals McLaren this weekend, giving Sainz the edge in the season-long standings - and a spot in the Top 6 on Sunday. Sainz could finish as high as fifth in the Drivers' Championship and almost certainly has a spot in the Top 6 locked in. Ferrari's excellent second half of the season has been aided by the unwavering consistency of Carlos Sainz, who has finished in the points in every race except for two (and in both of those, he finished 11th).
